In the magical atmosphere of our XVIII century apartment you could live a different holiday in contact with locals!
We believe that to share little happy moments and create new ones are the best way to start a new adventure.

The apartment is in front of the main road, VIA AURELIA.
At only 10 minutes by car from Santa Margherita Ligure or 30 minutes on foot.
It consists of: one living room with a sofa-bed, two bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen with oven , ONE bathroom and a balcony where you can have breakfast.
Internet Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine.
It sleeps 4/6 people.
Wonderful original painted ceiling all different in every room!
At the ground floor of the building there is a delicious restaurant! not to be missed!

You will have access to our garden!(30metres from the apartment)
Where you could relax,allow you time and create new moments.
You might share the garden with other guests as we rent an other apartment. We love to share our space and we hope you would love it too!

We would like to create new relationships and share moments with our family and be part of it is the best way to start a new journey.
We organize a COOKING LESSON all together at our family house to freedom your creativity, eat good food connect with us, share our stories and taste some of our family recipes!
From 20th of February till 7th of March 2020, we won’t be able to organize them.
We are truly sorry.

We live only 30 meters from the apartment. So, we will be in contact with you for any need.

BOAT TRIP WITH LUCA AND HIS BOAT PIERO:
Do you want to discover our beautuful surroundings with our cousin Luca?
You can get on board and enjoy a boat trip with him and his boat visiting Portofino, San Fruttuoso, relax and have a swim.
If you like fishing you can fish with him too.( let us know in advance ).
You will be welcomed with a bottle of wine and focaccias, fresh water at your disposal.
Smacks and finns at your disposal on board.
Your journey with Luca lasts 4hours:
fisrt departure 8,30am
second departure 2,30pm
each excursion costs:
110euros 2people
150euros 3people
180euros 4people
30euros for children aged 7 to 12 years old, free for children up to 6.

If you want to experience a COOKING LESSON with us in our family house called: GRANDMOTHER’S HOUSE.
We will drink, eat and share moments together. We can’t wait!
The cooking lessons starts in the afternoon around 4,30/5 we will prepare our family recipes all together and after dinner with us in our garden or if bad weather, in our family house.
PLEASE, ASK US WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ORGANIZE IT!
FROM 20th of February till 7th of March 2020 we won’t be able to organize cooking lessons. Sorry for the inconvenient.

Please ask if you need a crib or a high chair for your little kid we will be glad to provide them to you.

TOURISTS TAX from 1 March till 31 October : 1,50euro per person per day to give in cash at your arrival. No children under 15years old.

The apartment is located in San Lorenzo della Costa, a small village,on the hills of Santa Margherita Ligure (4kms)
Not to be missed the festival of the village from 8 to 10 August!
three days of Music, food and fireworks!
And… If you like the atmosfere of little villages you can live with locals, have breakfast in a little bar where the owner will prepare you capuccinos and you will taste the focaccia!

BUS STOP at 30meters from the apartment. They run every 40minutes.
FROM JUNE FREE BUS TO GET TO THE BEACH EVERY WEEK END
FROM JULY TO AGUST EVERY DAY.

In 15minutes you will reach the main seaside villages.
During summer there are late buses until 12pm. From the middle of September the last bus to get to our village is at 8pm.

In front of the house there is a short cut that, in 20 minutes, will lead you to Santa Margherita. You will walk among olive trees and villas with a speechless view of the Tigullio Gulf.
UPDATE AFTER THE EXTREME WEATHER THAT LASHED OUR REGION: HOW TO REACH PORTOFINO: BY BOAT AND ON FOOT FROM SANTA MARGHERITA LIGURE SEA SIDE WALKING RECONSTRUCTED IN FEW DAYS.

Moreover if you have children at only 30metres, from the apartment, there is a nice playground where your kids can play and have fun!
San Lorenzo della Costa is the perfect place for keen hikers, located in the heart of Portofino Regional Park. Overlooking Santa Margherita Ligure it will offer you the combination of mountains and sea.
From our apartment is possible to reach the foot paths of Portofino Regional Park by car, only 10minutes, or on foot, walking through San Lorenzo della Costa admiring our beauties; breath-taking panoramas, wonderful houses surrounded by olive trees.

By bus and train:
5TERRE:
The Cinque Terre National Park is a unique destination.
This area takes its name from the five fishing villages of Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore, situated at almost equal distances from one another, looking out over the sea and clinging to the cliffs or nestling in steep, narrow valleys, offering unique spots.

By bus and on foot you could reach:
Paraggi:
The sandy beach of Paraggi is situated along a bay between Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino.
In Paraggi, at the Niasca beach, you can get on a kayak and find out the coastline and reach the wonderful medieval abbey of san Fruttuoso and Portofino.

By boat or on foot you could reach:
The medieval Abbey in San Fruttuoso accessible only by sea or land via an ancient path.

Sestri levante
The Baia del Silenzio opens to the east of the isthmus that joins Sestri Levante to what was once a single island along the coast. The sandy beach is surrounded by elegant, Ligurian-style houses. From there you can reach a wonderful and aesy path which leads to Punta Manara with a speechless view.

GENOVA: by bus or train
The Palazzi dei Rolli are listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Palazzi dei Rolli, Via Aurea, Strada Nuova, via Nuovissima. These street names represent a slice of the Republic of Genoa’s glorious past.
A walk among these sumptuous residences takes the visitor back to the atmosphere of the 16th and 17th centuries and is also a unique way to experience works of impressive historic and architectural value.,
