This independent house consists of 1 living room, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, one TV room that can became a bedroom ( with sofa bed), and, at the first floor, a big bedroom with three beds and a little bedroom with a double bed.
A wood stove heats all the house, and the fireplace makes your winter evenings more enchanting.
The “Villaggio degli Aracci” village is a private space with two characteristic lakes and playground, and all the common spaces are maintained by the caretaker and the municipality.
A garden surrounds the house and the ground floor terrace, and a walking path in the wood starts next to the garden.
