THE CORTIJO OF FINCA AL-MANZIL
The cortijo has an area of 300m2. The building has been carefully designed to suit the climate and the environment with many elements of traditional design. It is positioned to take advantage of morning and evening sun, plenty of shade and in an elevated position with beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. There are no other houses in the area.
There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; 2 lead from the veranda and 1 upstairs has a huge roof terrace with beautiful views of the mountain.
All rooms are airy with high ceilings, the sitting room has a double height ceiling, measuring 70m2 with wood burner, 2 patio doors to terrace with great unobstructed views of the mountains and the woods of the finca.
The kitchen opens to the dining room and is well designed for busy cooks with plenty of light. Dining room has patio doors to patio for alfresco dining and the patio outside the sitting room.
Utility room has extra toilet, sink and washing machine, also a separate pantry. An office is just off the entrance hall that leads to the covered veranda. There is a handy storage room under the house.

THE BARN IN FINCA AL-MANZIL
The barn is located on its own grounds of 1 hectare. It has its own entrance and complete privacy. It is the most successful rental property with an occupancy rate of 75% thanks to excellent contracts with international rental companies.
