This apartment has been the place where my parents lived and where I grew up . Inside there are lots of memories for me and some pictures will give you a glimpse on our family … so you could get know our family better!
It’s a cosy and well equipped apartment where you can spend your Holiday.
It is composed of a Kitchen with a breathtaking view balcony where you can relax in front of a glass of wine.
A living room, a bathroom, two bedrooms and an other balcony overlooking the inland of our beautiful region.
You will have access to our garden which is in front of it and where you could relax and have a barbecue. Coats and sunbeds available.
You might share it with other guests as we rent an other apartment.
We love to share our space and we hope you love it too!

Our motto is: You arrive as a guest you leave as a friend!
We would like to interact with our guests in order to know them, share opinions and traditions! Moreover if you are keen on cooking we can organise a cooking lesson for you at a little price!
This year our municipality, from 1 March till 31 October, will collect a
Tourists tax: 2 euros per person per day.
No children under 15years old.

IF YOU ARE KEEN ON COOKING WE CAN ORGANIZE A COOKING LESSON ALL TOGETHER. YOU WILL EXPERIENCE SOME HOURS WITH US IN OUR KITCHEN AND AFTER DINNER ALL TOGETHER!
Our cooking lessons start in the afernoon at 4/4,30 at our family house.
BOAT TRIP WITH LUCA AND HIS BOAT PIERO:
Do you want to discover our beautuful surroundings with our cousin Luca?
You can get on board and enjoy a boat trip with him and his boat visiting Portofino, San Fruttuoso, relax and have a swim.
If you like fishing you can fish with him too.( let us know in advance ).
You will be welcomed with a bottle of wine and focaccias, fresh water at your disposal.
Smacks and finns at your disposal on board.
Your journey with Luca lasts 4hours:
fisrt departure 8,30am
second departure 2,30pm
each excursion costs:
30euros for children aged 7 to 12 years old, free for children up to 6.

During winter possibility of long term stay and you could live the mild climate of Liguria.
San Lorenzo della Costa is , a small village,on the hills of Santa Margherita Ligure at only 4kms.
Not to be missed the feast of the village in August!
Three days of Music, food and fireworks!
And… If you like the atmosfere of little villages you can live with locals, have breakfast in a little bar where the owner will prepare you capuccinos and you will taste the focaccia!
In our village you could find too 2 good restaurants where you can taste ligurian specialities.
Moreover if you have children in front of the apartment there is a nice playground where your kids can play and have fun!
Our house is located in front of the Tigullio Gulf and in the heart of the Portofino regional park perfect departure for beautiful walks and
It will offer you wonderful strolls where you can admire speechless landviews of our coast.
If you love walking there is a path that will lead you in the town center of Santa Magherita in 30minutes!
The bus stop is at only 50 meters.
THEY RUN EVERY 40MINUTES.
IN SUMMER; JUNE EVERY WEEK ENDS 3 BUSES TO GET TO TOWN AND REACH THE BEACHES.
IN JULY AND AUGUST EVERY DAY.
UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER EVERY WEEK END.
Easily reacheble from Santa Margherita or Rapallo by train or by boat IN ONE HOUR
The five villages in Cinque Terre (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore) take their name from the scenic continuity of the settlements that stretch along five kilometres of coastline. Their series of tiny coves, slopes and cliffs overlooking the sea are all connected to the intense utilisation of the surrounding territory through the cultivation of wine grapes and olives.

A visit to the Palazzi dei Rolli (via Garibaldi) on the Unesco World Heritage List, cannot be missed: sumptuous dwellings that bring back a little of the atmosphere that existed in Genoa between the 16th and 17th Centuries.
