Tower apartment with amazing sea view! (010054-LT-0018)

Lovely apartment, on top of an ancient building, with an amazing view over the Gulf of Santa Margherita.
Our house is located in San Lorenzo della Costa, a little village where Giulia, my girlfriend, spent her childhood and where we live together now.
Here you can connect with people and soak into our culture.

A lift will lead you on the top floor. To get inside the apartment you will need to do a flight of stairs, more or less 20 steps.
You will enter in the kitchen and immediately you will see the amazing sea view from the windows.
In the kitchen you will find basic needs and everything for cooking.
No oven but there is a microwave.
In the bathroom you will find toilet paper, towels and a hairdryer.
To get to the ONLY bedroom, there is a winding staircase.
The bed is a fouton. It is lower than normal beds, because the windows are on the floor level and from there you could admire the wonderful sea view too! Wake up in the morning and enjoy the dawn from there!
There is a SOFABED in the living room for other 2people.
You will have access to the entire apartment.

Private parking in front of the building. The road to get to it is narrow, like most of ligurian roads, so we suggest a small car in order to get in and out easily.
Please, tell us which kind of car you have.
If it not possible to park in front of the building there is a FREE parking area at 150meters.

My girlfriend Giulia and I will be at your disposal throughout your stay.

BOAT TRIP WITH LUCA AND HIS BOAT PIERO:
Do you want to discover our beautiful surroundings with our cousin Luca?
You can get on board and enjoy a boat trip with him and his boat visiting Portofino, San Fruttuoso, relax and have a swim.
You can decide where to go and what to do!
If you like fishing you can fish with him too.( let us know in advance ).
You will be welcomed with a bottle of wine and focaccias, fresh water at your disposal.
Masks and finns at your disposal on board.
Your journey with Luca lasts 4hours:
first departure 8,30am
second departure 2,30pm
each excursion costs:
110euros 2people
150euros 3people
180euros 4people
30euros for children aged 7 to 12 years old, free for children up to 6.

Giulia can organize for you a private boat trip to Cinque terre too:

DEPARTURE at 10am from LA SPEZIA, LERICI OR FEZZANO.
Cruise to Cinque terre and along the beautiful coves hiding along the coastline.
You will stop in front of Vernazza , the most charming of the five hamlets ,for a box lunch prepared by the chef of the Yatch Club.
You’ll get on board for heading back at 3,30pm and arrival expected at about 5pm.
Or you can decide your private itinerary .
the boat is a MIZAR III an 11 meters classic wooden yacht launched in 1962 and equipped with all comforts for an unforgettable experience.
