This brand new (2017), 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Condo “the Biker” is located in the heart of Salida’s Historic District in Colorado. Just a few steps from the Arkansas river, next to the boat ramp and the SteamPlant Event Center (very convenient if you are attending a wedding or other event!) and close to the many Salida restaurants (the Boathouse restaurant is next door!), shops, galleries, river park etc. Enjoy all the outdoors activities like biking, hiking, kayaking, rafting, tubing, fishing, jeep rides and in the winter season skiing at the Monarch ski area (just a short 25 minute ride), snowmobiling and much more.

The two spacious master suites (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed) each have a separate bathroom and a large walk-in closet. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa (queen) for an additional two persons to sleep.
