Totally remodeled in 2012, this 3 bedroom apartment in the El Born district is a great place to stay during your next visit to Barcelona. The flat has 2 double bedrooms one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a third bedroom that contains a bunk bed. There is a living room, and a kitchen fully equipped with the latest modern appliances. There is also a washing machine. In the living room there is a TV with DVD player. Through the whole flat there is air conditioning and heating available.

The accommodation is in a quiet area, although you are still close to many of the main tourist attractions in the city. The building also has an elevator, something not so common in the older buildings. The flat is in a great area of the city, and is very close to the Palau de Musica, a beautiful building and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The flat is located right in the El Born district, which is home to a vibrant nightlife scene, the Picasso museum, and is a fun place to go in the city. Nearby is the Gothic quarter and Las Ramblas, a place you can explore for hours. If you travel a bit farther you can find yourself in the Raval neighborhood, with the MACBA museum and the Liceu opera theater. And if you venture out the same distance in the opposite direction, you can find yourself at the Barceloneta beaches.
