Fantastic apartment in the heart of the city

This brand new 2 bedroom flat located in the Raval neighborhood of Barcelona is a great place to stay during your travels in Barcelona. Built in 2008, the building is 5 stories high and has an elevator, something not so common in the older buildings in this area of the city. The street is quiet and there is not much traffic, however there are plenty of things nearby to see and do.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds. If necessary there is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate up to 2 extra people. Also in the flat is a large bathroom with a shower, a kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, a washing machine, and a safe should you need to store any valuables. Linens and towels are included in this accommodation. In addition, there is a living room with a TV and DVD player, air conditioning/heating, and a wireless internet connection. Overall it is a great place with everything you might need.

Also great is the location within the city. The Raval neighborhood itself is filled with a large number of eclectic cafes and restaurants. It is also home to the MACBA art museum and the Liceu opera theater. Not far are Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter, as well as the bustling Plaza Catalunya. The Gothic quarter is home to great examples of Medieval architecture, and the winding streets are filled with boutique stores and places to explore. La Rambla is home to La Boqueria market place, somewhere you have to experience to understand. There are many other attractions nearby, many within walking distance or easily accessible by convenient public transport.
